The party was stupid (no dancing and no DJ!!!!) but the costumes ruled. I'm a little worried that Halloween, my most cherished holiday, is becoming like New Years and the pressure to have fun and do something outrageous is killing any chance of actual fun being had. I will kill myself if Halloween becomes boring and lame.
I already know what I'm gonna be next year:
Did you know Target's Halloween section is surprisingly well stocked with implements for a Norwegian black metal costume? They sell a 5ft plastic demonic broadsword for $10!!!
