Went on a mad cleaning spree and am now living in a (mostly) super clean house/room. Love life.
Pre-rehearsal:
Me: "Hey Jess, do you think you could pick me up after rehearsal, around 9?"
Jess: "Sure, I'll be around, just call me,"
8:53pm Text From: Jess C. to Colleen
"Had to bring Katie to the ER, so if I don't answer call her"
8:54pm Text From Colleen to Jess C.
"Wait, what happened to Katie?!?!"
8:56pm Text From Jess C. to Colleen
"Incident during sign language. She did something to her wrist. She is waiting for the doctor now."
9:15 Phone call from Colleen to Jess C.
Jess: "Hello?"
Me: "Hey! What's going on? Is Katie's wrist ok?"
Jess: "It's broken?"
Me: "Broken?! She broke her wrist?"
Theater kid eavesdropping: "What happened?"
Me: "My roommate just broke her wrist?"
Theater kid #2: "Ohmygod, how?"
Me: "In her sign language class."
Theater kid #2: "Oh man, what word did they ask her to sign?!"
Yes Ladies & Gents poor Katie broke her wrist during a horrible signing accident.
She would like a green cast. Maybe pink. It's actually a difficult choice.
