unfortunately your costume was one of the items damaged in our recent flood. I am going to overnight your costume to you today, so that you will receive it by tomorrow. We had to wait for another set of wings to come in.

that's rite. bitching can get you a long ways. i kinda feel bad, but i was not about to go to the bar tomorrow without a costume. oh, and i got the tracking number, too. which means it was actually sent out.
