What on earth is that thing?

Why my lab gown of course!!!

Really these things can only happen to the Tasha. Luckily, I won't have to ever go back to that cursed laboratory. So in the spirit of all things clumsy and all things silly I've decided to take pictures and immortalize the laboratory disaster in all its glory! Definitely the Tasha's shining moment for the year.

The deceptively innocent countertop that isn't quite as innocent when burst of fire are pouring forth from this little monster...

Ugh! You my dear are the bane of existence! You should be proud... as of late hardly anything is capable of bothering me.

In loving memory of my once pristine lab gown. Oh well... at least I know that no one elses lab gown's styled this way. Oh, I love thee... you my dear could have very well been my favorite top or *gasp* my skin!

Yaaay! The Tasha doing what she does best!

-our next laboratory class-
Ma'am Djanna: *spots a people having trouble with the bunsen burner* Careful ha! Ayaw ka na magkaroon ng TASHA PART TWO.

-the other section's next laboratory class-
Some random laboratory disaster person: *connects the rubber tubing with the pipe for water*
Sir Al: *Spots the the bunsen burner that was uncontrollably spewing water and handles it* Haaaay nako! Ang mga studyante ko talaga!
Ma'am Djanna: Ok lang yan sa class ko nga may nasunog!

WOW!!! Even the teachers recognize my moment and are talking about it!

*takes a HUGE bow for being clumsy and another HUGE bow for being silly*

Of course the last day for my Microbio lab class not only saves me from more singed hair and frazzled lab gown episodes but is also one of my small victories. Yes, the sem is ending and with each last class for the sem, each paper submitted, each exam returned, each consultation, each report I feel one step closer to actually living through my hardest sem ever. It's cathartic. I don't know but I really do have a good feeling about this sem and the general direction my life's going.

FS 106 lab - one last exam
FS 106 lecture - 4th long exam and (hopefully I won't have to take the) finals
FN 199 - Proposal with projected results and Gant chart and the defense and quite possibly finals (ugh! I hope not)
FN 165 - Instructional Design, more dreaded consultations, the even more dreaded teaching demo and resource pack/teaching package
FN 170 - Implementation of proposed intervention, Report of results of intervention, LOTS of paperwork
FN 125 lab - 1 case study, 1 last visit to FEU, 2 laboratory reports, 1 hospital case, handbook, 1 exam
FN 125 lect - 1 exam

Whew! That's a lot of work lined up for just three weeks. But I KNOW that I can make it. Yup yup! One small victory at a time! And before I notice it'll be March 31 and life shall resume! :)
