Play Sam & Max Season 2: Ep 1 Before Everyone!
Bay Area friends! Sadly I won't be in town for this, but don't let that stop you!

Telltale's holding a playtest for the first episode of Sam & Max Season Two at our office in San Rafael, CA -- that's just north of the Golden Gate bridge for SF people, and just west of the Richmond Bridge for south/east bay dwellers. The playtest will be Sunday, August 26th, starting around Noon, and ending whenever it ends. Food will be provided.
We're looking for people to come by for the afternoon, play through the first episode, then sit down with the designers and let them know what you thought about the game, where you got stuck, what was too blindingly obvious, any story points that weren't clear, etc. We've got a few new gameplay things going into Season Two, like the often-requested ability to make Sam run, widescreen monitor support, and a few minigames per episode, among other things, and we're hoping for feedback on that stuff as well.
People who come to our playtests usually have a pretty good time (most people come back for the next episode's playtest as well), and a lot of the feedback we receive makes it into the final build of the episode (or into a subsequent episode), so you're not just playing an unreleased video game for a few hours, you're helping to make the world a better place.
