well, irish is in bed sound asleep, and laurel (our female kitty) is beside her all cuddled up.
beau (our male kitty) is with me, wide awake. he's an odd boy. he just dragged in a sock, dropped it at my feet and jumped up on the computer desk and laid in front of the screen.
its a peaceful night. yet, for some reason, i cannot sleep.
