So...
Change of plans...today I went to Los Angeles for my interview at 20th Century Fox, the interview went great, and about an hour after I left I got a call from them offering me the internship. It's amazing...I have my own office and I'll be working in the publicity department, she also said I'll be helping with event planning. Tomorrow I'm adding the internship so now I'll be taking 18 credits. whew. This will be so much fun though. My office is down by all the shows sets. Jennifer (who hired me) said by the end of the internship I will have met everyone on the sets, and I'm invited to everything. So I can go to taping of the shows, attend all of the parties/award shows, and go to advance screenings of the shows/movies. She also said we have a great relationship w/ the Kimmel show, and Leno so if I ever want to go to the green room I can do that...even if it isn't one of our actors. The Geffen internship seemed amazing too so I'm hoping I can do that one next semester. My dad said he would rather me do the FOX one because it's more related to my major. Either way I'm super happy. After all of that fun stuff I went to Jay and Silent Bob's comic book store and bought the 10th anniversary dvd of Mallrats, got some sushi, and now i'm home and about to do some History reading. Fun.
Life is pretty crazy. Who woulda thought I'd be living in Newport Beach, working at 20th Century Fox, going to school in Fullerton, and dating an amazing man? Not me.
I miss Michigan...when the leaves start changing someone should take a bunch of pretty pictures and post them on here so I can feel like I'm home! :-)
