still so tired
i am so tired still...need to go to bed early tonight or something.
this wknd was pretty fun. friday went to 810 zone (sports bar...i wonder if it's supposed to be like a spin-off of espn zone) to watch the texas basketball game, and then the ku basketball game. we got there at 5:15...seriously...15 minutes after 5pm, and we got pretty much the last booth in the place. it was packed! march madness was in full swing though. and the ku fans are numerous in those parts.
so anyway, yes we started drinking at 5:20 or so...which is usually a pretty bad idea for me. i tried to pace myself though, so i think it turned out ok. then we went dancing and i went home around midnight...so 7 hours of drinking isn't so bad right?
[did i ever tell you all about how i was on a flight one time going to california with a bunch of work people for a biz trip, and the flight attendants thought i was kristi yamaguchi? everyone thought it was SO funny and still make fun of me for it...it was funny...and i actually think she is quite pretty. (i am watching dancing with the stars and she is on it so that's why i am mentioning it).]
saturday was kind of crazy....a bunch of us went out and i had the great idea that we should do shots all night long...so we did and we danced and ended up riding the bull (i'm horrible at it) and just being drunks. kc can be fun sometimes....i do miss austin though and am ready to partay!
i hate those stupid cadillac commercials...there are two versions, one is with kate walsh from grey's anatomy, and the other is this one with this lady with this horrible foreign accent, and they both are talking in this horrible husky "seductive" voice about how women who drive cadillacs are "a different kind of woman" or something. i really want to smack the contrived-ness from their annoying mouths. (can you tell i'm tired?)
