The last of the fearless leaders...
...until next year.
Today was the last fencing practice and the last of the Tristan and Mark's reign. On Saturday, they hand the weapons, whips and chains over to Stephanie and Clare. It will be weird not seeing them their anymore, and even weirder then Bill and Dave, because I know what those two are up too. Mark and Tristan walk off this campus on the 13th and I will more then likely never hear from them again. I'm just having difficulty processing that.
But the practice was nice. Don fought 13 or 14 bouts in a row. With only a break between the last two. Quite impressive. And he was bouncy the whole time. He also did this very cool point where he jumped up and got a point on Oscar. Tristan also tried to fight everyone in the club...Who showed up (I'm looking at you Jess. I know you had work, But I'm still looking at you!). I don't think he made it, but that was because he was taking so long with each bout. And Mark actually showed up! I really will miss fencing him, he's very methodical and easier to predict then Tristan and Don, or really any one else in the club, so I can hold my own against him. Poor guy has been working very hard on his SMP, so no one thought that he would show up at all this week. So it was cool that he showed up.
