I'm am WoWed
I've done it. I've turned myself over to the dark side. I signed my soul away to the devil. I've become his whore. I gave myself up, turned myself in, volunteered. Satan owns me, I'm his. I started an account on World of Warcraft. It took forever. First the initial download of the 3.1 gigs started at 11:30 then finally ended at 3 AM. Then there was the 15 minutes for the game to install, then the patches to download. By 4 AM I was finally able to actually create a character. Beyond that, I didn't do much. I started as a dark elf and only killed a couple of orange rat things or whatever those things are that roam around the woods a dark elf starts off in.
Now, it's only the 10 day free trial, if at the end of it I decide that maybe it isn't for me, then I may end up not buying the game afterall. However, for you WoW players (Leela) if you could help me out a bit here as a beginner, it would be much appreciated! The game is on my laptop, which I don't feel like brining down right now, so I'll have all my account info posted later (as in, the server, character name, etc.)
But, it runs pretty smoothly on my laptop. :)
