Not So Courteous Call
Apparently, Hollywood Video calls their customers who haven't been in their store after a few months to ask why...you haven't been in their store after a few months. Some lady called to ask me why I haven't come to Hollywood Video since May (when I rented Pan's Labryinth). I wasn't the one who answered the phone, my sister did, so I didn't really hear her say that it was Hollywood Video so I was thinking it was Video Stars (which is where I work). Then this lady starts asking me why I haven't come in lately and if I had a problem with their store or something and I'm thinking, "what the fuck, I just closed last night!" Then I realize it's Hollywood, and I just hurry up and say, "oh I started working at Video Stars across the street." So she says ok, and hangs up.
But anyways, it was really awkward. I know it's their job and crap, but I really don't want to get a call like that. It just, makes me feel weird. Now I'm actually glad I'm not working there. I sure as hell wouldn't want to have to make that phone call. I don't even want to receive that kind of phone call.
