(no subject)
Can't get enough of everything right now. Seriously.
So not only was seeing Ani DiFranco and AUDIOSLAVE in the same week freakin' awesome, but now my mom's friend gave me tickets to see VELVET REVOLVER NEXT FRIDAY!!!!!! And they're some really good seats, too...for only HALF the price! I am super excited. Chris is deffffinitely coming with me, again, and maybe Jess. Ohhhh I love it!
I also have the trip to the Holocaust Museum next Thursday. I get to spend yet another day with Chris! Ohhh, he loves me. He's going to visit Princeton on Wednesday. Soooo lucky. He went to Yale a couple weeks ago and loved it.
I went on my first college visit this Wednesday -- Uni of the Sciences in Philly. At first I wasn't sure about it, but now that I had the tour and all of the admissions/financial aid talk, THAT is where I want to go. I love it because it's so small, yet it's really prestigious, has programs that I want, annnnnnnd I can go party over at UPenn or Drexel anytime!!!!
Well, just so I have alternatives and I don't sleight myself, I'm going to Drexel in a couple weeks. This summer/next fall, I plan to also see Johns Hopkins, UPenn, Arcadia, Boston Uni, and Brown Uni. At first my parents thought I was being way too ambitious, but they really think I have the potential to make it into those schools, and now that they're learning about financial aid, the cost doesn't bother them so much anymore.
College just makes me so freakin' excited. I just want to get started with the rest of my life!!! I'm not even taking AP Calc next year, since I can feel the senioritis setting in already. AP English is enough for me, though.
Everything is just so good right now, and summer's almost here! Parties at Amy's new place in the Poconos alllllllllllll summer long! And beach trips! Just spending the days with those friends, and especially with Chris, Jess, Sheila, and the like...I want it now! Stop being so excited, Hillary!
