This speaks to me of Booth & Brennan at the end of 'The Parts in the Sum of the Whole' and the rest of S5 following Brennan's refusal to be more than 'partners'.

This screams to me Booth reflecting on the 1st case he & Brennan worked together as they talked about it with Sweets in TPITSOTW and speaks of events that come to be in S6.

The moral to the story goes

This speaks to me of Brennan's feelings during the early parts of S6 seeing Booth moving on with Hannah and how she's not sure what's she's feeling anymore because her heart isn't her own anymore.
04 - Trading Yesterday - Shattered

Somehow sundown

To me this reflects both Brennan & Booth's stuggles in S6 from the start until almost the last episode of the season.

This speaks to me of Brennan's feelings during The Doctor in the Photo, just listen to it you'll get what I mean ;).

This again speaks to me of Brennan's feeling's after DitP until after Hannah leaves and things are going back to normal between her and Booth.
