Ethan Dobrowski - Primeval Drabble
Danny stared at his brother, looking for some trace of the boy he had known. It was difficult to find any familiarity in the features.
Patrick had never looked at him with anything but admiration. This Ethan person he’d become looked at Danny with nothing but hate.
Nothing, except possibly in his eyes. Perhaps Danny was imagining it but he thought that his brother was still there looking back at him, pleading with him to bring Patrick back, to make everything okay. That was what big brothers did, right?
Danny tried again.
“Patrick…”
“I’m Ethan. Ethan!”
It would take time.
