Destiny
It had happened again.
No matter what he did, no matter how many times he tried to change history, the future was always the same.
He gazed out over the shattered Earth, the sight so familiar that it was more like home than anything he would find when he stepped back through the anomaly.
They were living on borrowed time, everyone back there. This time, with no clue as to why things had gone wrong, even the small hope he had nurtured was dying.
Matt tried not to think that maybe this was just the way things had to be.
