It seems like yesterday, but of course it's not. It was about a month ago that I last wrote in here. And actually, truth be told, I can't remember writing in here at all, so it doesn't even feel like anything really. But here I am again, sitting, contemplating, and all great stuff. There's not much to say right now. Tomorrow I'm going to Charlottesville Virginia for the weekend to go to this Vegetarian Festival and some restaurants and to see UVA and maybe even to go to an apple orchard. I last went to an apple orchard a year ago, maybe even a year ago today...although, I think it was on a Saturday, and September 22, 2004 was not a Saturday it was more like a Wednesday (if my calculations are correct). But either way, about a year ago I was picking apples of my own. Ladeeda.
Apple Orchards are great. They remind me of childhood and of autumn. And then that reminds me of Pumpkins. And Pumpkins remind me of Halloween. And Halloween reminds me of the Parade in Nyack and walking in the dark up a really steep street, greedily looking for houses with candy. That all reminds me of home. Apple Orchards are like home. Sort of. (I guess it's somewhat of a leap). I wonder how it'll compare to the only other Orchard I've been to.
