Today as I was in the car with my dad, bouncing around to differing doctors offices, he got on the subject of my mental health.
As he was spewing a few of the millions of scenarios that have run through my head over these past years like it's something I would never have thought of...we somehow got on the subject of me and boys.
What then came out of his mouth left me speechless,
"Maybe you should consider changing the way that you dress to attract someone."
...guhh...
"...wait what? No seriously...what?"
"Ya know, not dress so hip and..."
"...wait... wait... what?"
"Well maybe not in the group you hang with"
"Yeah, I'm not trying to attract the hick retards around college station. I'm attracted to the people who are like me. Emo kids."
