Sooo.... I think I'm going to sign up for seasonal_spuffy. I did sign up once for the Fall 2007 round when I was a senior in college and then didn't make my posting date. That's two years ago. Maybe it will be different this time? Maybe? I suppose if I can't come up with anything brilliant, which I'd really like, then I could always resort to porn. *sigh* What a cop out though, you know? And, while I'm here, a rec! Last night I read Holes by
servus_a_manu and wholeheartedly enjoyed it. The shot, set between S5 and S6, explores the theme of "awakening" for Dawn and Spike. It's erotic, wonderfully characterized, and by the end of the fic leaves the character's at a place that feels as though they've bypassed each other rather than met in the middle. Pretty interesting, thinky stuff, actually. Go, read, comment!
