She's Baaaaaack!
Hi all you splendiferous folk out there! I have officially returned from my 5-week sojourn across our U.S. of A and it's good to be back. I got back Thursday afternoon and spent that time with my parents bequeathing presents to them and regailing them with tales of the road. Yesterday I slept in quite late and literally spent the entire day (12 hours?) watching the last 5 weeks of So You Think You Can Dance?, which is so my show of the summer. Today I'll be seeing three of my friends and then going over to my girl Susanna's house in Brooklyn to have a sleepover/Angel-thon. Like I said, good to be back. We'll be watching the season 4 story-arc in which both Angelus and Faith return. Whee!
Next week I'll be dragging my heels to work, which puts a slight damper on the fun however necessary it may be. I think I've mentioned I didn't work on any fic on the road, but there were a few short pieces that I had more or less completed before I left that I might start pushing around the page again and cleaning up. I really, really want to be able to give you guys something to sink your teeth into. Not to mention that my mental and emotional state has vastly improved now that college is a month and a half behind me. My anxiety and worry about the future has significantly decreased and I'm really starting to feel like "me" again. I'd like to hold onto that feeling for as long as possible.
I don't have pictures uploaded yet, but when I do I"ll be sure to share some highlights of my adventures across the country. Some of those highlights even included visiting with my darling
