If you were ever under the impression that Canadians are generally more polite than other people, I hate to shatter your illusions:

Why did they allow that? Normally they filter out offensive plates.

I'd say the answer is grimly evident: it's not offensive if you're it only hurts fat people. :/

Mind if I borrow that pic to recommend to my friends at Shakesville? Might could be someone'd like to post that.

Please do. The photo is hosted on my own webspace; if it could be transferred to somewhere that can take a higher traffic volume, that might be good. (I have no idea what kind of volume my space can handle, but I know it's irritating to see a post commenting on a photo and have the photo blocked for high traffic.)

Yeah, they've got their own theoretically unlimited photo-hosting. I'll send it over to my friend who writes there. :)

Wouldn't that be something involving a pot, a kettle and the colour black?

Probably something along the lines of "I'm sorry, but are you aware that you're black?" I am Canadian after all, I need to work the sorry in somewhere.

Exactly. But you might get shot for the apology. :P

I'm thinking that there's a pot calling a kettle black in there somewhere...

Unfortunately, "I M ASSHOLE" wouldn't fit. Shame, though. It's far more appropriate.

All the car is missing is the lovely "No Fat Chicks" bumper sticker that I saw on a car not too long ago.
