If anyone is interested a friend has a 3 bed house for rent in the Birmingham (Kings Norton) area, quite nice gaffe, recently redecorated. Also comes with front and back gardens, as well as a double garage. They are however after someone to take it quite soon, as they are moving out of the area following work, hence the bargain rental price of £550.
