SDCC update

Comic-Con is even crazier this year. Preview night was packed, including events tonight, even though the con doesn't start until tomorrow. Thankfully I managed to get a shift today, so that maybe I'll be able to skip working Saturday or Sunday. I got early training over at Art Auction, so I'll probably be able to work for them the whole Con.

Thursday: Click & Clack, veteran letterer Todd Klein (of Sandman fame) and Dexter. There's a Doctor Who/Torchwood panel that looks interesting, but might be too hard to get into (it's in Room 20).

Friday: Aside from the OneRing's Hobbit thing, the only thing I can think of maybe worth seeing is Stargate. Otherwise there's stuff in the Artist Alley I'd rather see.

Saturday: At least the Heroes & Battlestar panels got spread out at different times/places. I really want to go to the Pushing Daisies panel - their first season was tragically cut short by the Writer's Strike and I've been living off old DVR eps. There's a Mythbusters panel later that night too, but it might be too late for me.

Sunday: I don't really see anything spectacular on the schedule, so I might give up my badge to my friend so he can go see Jennifer Love Hewitt from Ghost Whisperer.

I have a touch of upset stomach ~ the most *glamorous* of illnesses.
