I'm tired. It has been a very long day. I have one class on Fridays; the honors calculus class at 9:30am... but I assist in three sections of IT100 on Fridays as well. So, I have been doing calculus homework and random, small amounts of Office 2007 stuff all day. I love the stuff (the calculus class isn't required, its an elective), but I can only take so much of it.
The professor assigned a project this morning. He handed it out at about 10:15am. He said the first two people in the class who completed it would get an extra 50% credit on the project and lunch. I finished it and handed it in at about noon. I was the third person to finish it. Funny stuff. At least that means I got a 100 on the assignment, though.
I asked if I could have the extra credit but not the lunch. He said I could have the lunch but not the extra credit. I was rather stuck; can't say "No!" because he was offering me lunch and he's the teacher... but I really could use the extra credit. Funny.
Final Fantasy XIII has been pre-ordered. It should be worth playing... I hope. The graphics look pretty sweet.
I bought the room mates Just Dance for the Wii. They have me record them while they dance. I get to add commentary, and apparently they cannot hear me when I am talking as they dance. Makes for rather funny videos.
I purchased my own copy of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance last week - along with about 5 other books. I'm trying not to rush through all of the Wild Cards books, but I really want to re-read it. George RR Martin edited the Wild Cards books, and he wrote some of the stories. A lot of the authors are really great. I'm impressed.
I lack focus today. I'm far more tired than I have any right to be. I think I'm going to nap or something.
