yep...i got that from lydia_deianira...the geek in me stopped my curiosity as soon as it asked me to d/l my own email address...

http://security.symantec.com ? (usually my when in doubt).
Also, if anyone's looking for a free anti-virus that's pretty decent (signatures updated nightly), http://www.avast.com

if you get the virus go here they have instructions on how to get ride of it
