And Easter came and went days ago. Finally I can gorge on red meat again. And junk.

Happy days for me too, since mom decided to go out for an early graduation present for me, to replace my old charge-won't-last-a-day Nokia 3XXX-something. Said replacement is a Sony Ericsson W200i, probably not very new in tech advancement, but it fit my mother's P6,000 budget. And it's an original with all the peripherals in the box. I was stoked.

Should I give it a name like I noticed some LJ-ers do to their units?

Not so fun unfortunately was the NDDU College of Arts & Sciences Grad Ball / Ring Hop. It was late starting by TWO HOURS, and lasted only another TWO instead of the projected "to-midnight" thing. My old man - who was my guest for the ring hop proper - later remarked on our way home that the very fact that we had to bring parents along pretty much leeched out all the possible fun we would have had. The A&S graduates who had their boyfriends or girlfriends put on the college rings for them instead were arguably the smart ones there. At least the spread was good, worth my P400.

Ah yes, we've started practicing for the main event on Saturday. Finally!
