EDWARD CULLEN FTL?
You know what really disappoints me? The fact that the Twilight series makes Edward Cullen sound like this amazingly attractive, God-like, gorgeous, too-beautiful-to-be-human vampire. Look at him. Do all you Edward-Cullen-lovers out there HONESTLY think the actor they picked to be him in the movie matches the description?! Rob Pattinson, you are ugly.
Like seriously. I know it's hard re-creating a FICTIONAL book in real life. They are fictional for a reason, you know. Because the characters and other things in them don't actually exist in our world. It's easy when you can fake them by using animation or special effects, but there's nothing you can do to imitate the way Edward Cullen should look. I applaud their attempt at trying to turn the book into a movie, but it really didn't look like they tried too hard to find the right actor for him. Jeez. I don't know who I'd personally pick, but Rob Pattinson definitely would not have been one of my top five choices. Off the top of my head, someone like Josh Hartnett would've be better.
