[If one were to pay a visit the Video-Rama these days, one might find things a bit different than usual. For instance, the door to the back room is open, and there's a Methuselah reading on the futon back there. Said Methuselah is, oddly, attired in clothes that look a whole lot like they were stolen borrowed from someone of the male persuasion. There may or may not be what looks suspiciously like a Bengal tiger lying alongside the futon. If there are no patrons in the store, it is most assuredly not the fault of the tiger.]

She... might have chased him here from the library. But his version of the tale contains a healthy dose of hyperbole. I don't know what he was so upset about -- I told him I have a cat.

Yes -- it sounds as if he was drawn into another of the... movies. It happened once before, so at least this place is consistent.

I have to say, he took it with quite a bit of equanimity, all things considered. He still seems to think she's a... what did he say? A "fangorious walking mountain," but I would expect no less from him.

It sounded like he... enjoyed himself, somewhat. Evidently Thor was there as well, and someone else -- they were given... very sparkly garments as thanks for their deeds. And really big hats.

Even so, I daresay he's almost glad to have her here these days.

I'm trying to remember what he called the costume -- a... Mar... Mariachi? A Mariachi costume. Exceedingly sparkly.
