Dance the Night Away
I don't think I have been up this early on a Saturday in awhile. Oh well, I got like an hour or so extra sleep than what I get on a school day. Dance was alright last night. It started of really fun! As soon as we got there the first song was a swing song, so me and Marina busted out our swing moves. Then when it ended we realized there was like no one there, and everyone was just standing there. Around 8 or so people started showing up. Lots of different interesting outfits going with the oldschool theme. I danced with 2 guys. One was the weird guy who probably danced with every girl in the room. The other was Elliot, Carey's brother. He just came up behind me during one song. I'm sure it didn't mean anything, but whatever. They only played 2 slow songs, and of course I didn't dance with anyone during those. I came so close to dancing with a few people that I really wanted to, but it never happened. They would walk right behind me, and then dance with the girl next to me. Whatever, there's always next time. Well, science fair today. As dorky as it sounds, I actually am excited. Gotta go get ready. Wish us luck!
