Name: Laura
Age: Sixteen
Location: Small town on Long Island, within walking of Queens and another small area with a good ammount of crime.
Three positive adjectives to describe yourself: Inquisitive, Good listener, Creative (*had to get help from a best friend*)
Three negative adjectives to describe yourself: Apathtic, Nervous, Obsessive
Strengths: I'm pretty smart when I wanna be, determined as well. When I'm dedicated to something I'll try my hardest to find the answer or figure out how to do it. I also, unsurprisingly, have a knack for knowing random/"useless"/odd facts and being able to do the most off the wall things. Not to mention I make a damn good paper crane.
Weaknesses: Many, I start to panic or get stressed really easily at times, I probably don't care about things as much as I should, I can also get really short tempered if I'm in a bad mood, in one of my nervous modes or apporoached/touched from behind, I also tend to go off on tangents...a lot, when I get a new obession I will rant about it and not stop (seeing as I try to learn everything I can on the topic), I also have tendency to not like people for not so valid resons and focus on targot cards a lot.
Favorite Modern Band(s): Yellowcard, DragonForce, ThouShaltNot, Angelspit, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Suicide Machines. A good ammount of what I listen too isn't modern though...
Any other favorites (books, movies, TV, etc): In terms TV: a lot of anime and cartoons, Wife Swap, The Monkees, a large ammount of stuff from Nick at Night and TV, a good ammount of things from Lifetime and WE (xD), Doctor Who and trash TV like Jerry Springer (ha). In terms of books: a lot of manga, Lurleen McDaniels work and I'm still reading Moon: Life and Death of a Rock Legend ( that book <3). With movies, I think that'd take up way too much room.
Talents and/or Hobbies: Crocheting (as seen below), bass guitar, film, stage crew, a little piano, writing, computers, cameras, music theory, history, studying different religions and anything media related.
What song or quote can you best identify with?: You Can't Judge a Book by Looking at the Cover by The Monkees. I have yet to actually hear the full song, but the lyrics I can understand.
Do you care if you are voted as a band or solo artist?: Nah, anything's cool.
Pictures: Forive my pictures, I don't like being in front of cameras.
A hat I crocheted myself/an attempt at a Nesmith woolhat/my "schitzo" hat as my mother puts it...
One without the hat.
Also worth pointing out thatI used to have almost mid back length hair for about 15 and a half years...
