One of the first bands of 90's psychedelia on elephant 6 records, they wanted to bring back garage psychedelia and made amazing multilayered psychedelic pop songs.
Abe Vigoda

New band from california. associated w/ no age, mika miko, ect. They are a hectic reverb and delay oriented psychedelic punk band. I kid not when i say punk psychedelic. The drums could have been taken straight out a germs song (if they had been taking acid at the time). The vocals are multi-layered and very ghoulish, but the guitars seem to keep a bell sound, which keeps their songs upbeat, while at the same time not taking away from the joy-division/ 90's garage/ mysterious appeal that some of the songs have. Very good album.
