(no subject)
So, ever since I visited Ellen in Belgium about a year and a half ago - I kept trying to remember this one cherry beer that I had over there. It was the best beer I've ever tasted. It was so wonderful.
And today, the latest Chicago Reader came out (cause it's Friday) and I was reading an article on Haute Ice Creams around the city - because I'm obsessed with all sweet things lately...for the last year I guess..but anyway
I was reading the article and at Hot Chocolate - a restaurant here that I've really been wanting to visit some day - has an ice cream flavored with Kriek cherry lambic.
I Found IT!
Now, I just have to wait till I'm 21, go to every bar with a decent beer selection and try to find it here in the states.
I'm excited:)
