Shit, that was sad. I freaked out [even though I sorta knew at the beginning, I guess] when I saw Greg's name, and then had to scroll down and saw Nicky's.

AH. You're so mean, but this was really.. really, well, intense and gets you thinking and stuff I guess :\ Amazing. *bookmarks* argh, that got my muse going, but I have to sleep now. hah. ironic.

Thank you so much. I don't know what inspired me to write this, but I have a tendency in all fandoms I write for to do at least one fic where I kill off all the characters. So, be warned, for a may do it again.

And yes, I am mean. I'm e-vil.

Again, thanks for your comments.

Oh wow.
Very well written. I loved seeing this side of Condrad Ecklie, because in so many fics he's made out to be this horrible bad guy, when we know that he's not really all that bad.
In general, this piece was just simply very well executed. I'd love to know what actually happened to the team, but it just works so well when you don't know, and you can make your own little senerios.
Brava!

I have to agree with you about Conrad - I don't think he's as bad as people make him out to be. There's something I always tell my little sister and beta (the true CSI fan of the family): "If CSI had revolved around the Day shift, we'd probably love Ecklie and hate Grissom".

I have pondered what happens to the characters, but I'm not going to do a sequel. There are so many possibilities and I don't think it would be right to concrete in their fates, so it's up to you. Besides, I like daydreaming of different scenerios myself.

Glad you liked, and thank you for commenting.
