I've read SO many books in the past two months, I think I want to atempt to keep track of them.
So here they are, in whatever order I feel like.
By Italio Calviono:
-Cosmicomics
-T-Zero
-Six Memos for the New Millenium
-The Nonexistant Knight
-The Cloven Viscount
By James Joyce
-Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man
-Ulysses
-Finnegan's Wake (started, reading off and on)
Jorge Luis Borges - The Complete Fictions
Pynchon - Gravity's Rainbow (started for the 5th time. Maybe I'll finish it...)
Haruki Murakami - Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World
Javier Marias - Dark Back of Time
John Barth - Lost in the Funhouse (A collection of Short Stories)
Christian DeTroyes - Yvain
Fernando Pessoa - The Book of Disquiet (began reading, and am picking it up off and on. Brilliant book, but depressing)
Ian McEwan - Atonement
A.S. Byatt - The Djinn in the Nightingale's Eye
Hemmingway - The Sun Also Rises
Faulkner - the Sound and the Fury
And i can wholeheartedly recommend each and every one of them. Except possibly "Atonement" as it was a slight disappointment.
Next on my list: Perec's "Life: A User's Manual"
