I'm still here...

Christine kindly reminded me last night that I haven't really updated in a very long time.... sooooo let's see, what's going on in my life...

1. My parents and I are taking SCUBA lessons every Monday night! I'm really excited to get certified, I've wanted to do this for as long as I can remember :-) Although-- last week my instructor told me that my mom needed to sign my waiver... When I gave him a confused look he said "what, how old are you?" when I replied that I was 23, he looked at me in awe, then looked at my mom to see if I was lying, then turned back to me and said "wow! I would have guessed 15 or 16." Now I know that I SAY I wish I were in high school again, I just didn't know that I LOOK like I am! hahahaha.

2. I have another fun new hobby-- it's called paddle tennis. For those of you who have never heard of it-- it's on a court slightly smaller than a tennis court, but it looks the same... and it is enclosed in fencing, and the "paddles" are like ping pong paddles, but bigger and with wholes in them.... the ball is kinda like a tennis ball but feels a little different, and you don't have to hit it as hard to get it to move. Strangely, this is a winter sport played on heated platforms (the city just put two courts up at Elworthy Field!) Granted, I've only played once, but Pete, Christine and I swore we'd do it again :-)

3. School is so-so. I'm at the point in the semester where I just wish it would come to an end. I've reached my limit of things I can learn, and my brain is about to shut off. I wish exams were next week so I could just get them over with.

4. I picked classes for next semester. Corporations, Criminal Procedure 1, Jurisprudence, and a seminar about Urban Housing and Development. I only have classes Mondays and Wednesdays-- but ALL DAY Mondays and Wednesdays.

5. The internship is still going well, I think I only have two days left there. The past two weeks have been fun with different interesting things happening-- I'm not really allowed to talk about them, so I'm going to have to leave it at that. (haha, I know-- evil to bring it up then say I am not at liberty to talk about it)

6. Tomorrow I'm going to Ann Arbor for the big UM/OSU match-up with my daddy! If you're watching it on tv, look for me in my maize and blue wig :-) And just remember, "what have YOU done to beat OSU today???"

7. Synchro is still going well-- I'm in Ann Arbor every Sunday from 11-2:30/3 so any of you Ann Arborites that ever want to get breakfast (before practice) or a late lunch/early dinner after-- or coffee, or anything, just give me a holler!

Okay, so I guess I did have a lot to say, I should be better about updating!! Congrats if you made it all the way through this without getting bored and moving on to someone else's entry!

Much Love to all!
