Weekend Wrap-Up
Well, overall this was not a bad weekend... I went into work Friday at 1:30 to decorate and set up the food room, do some finishing touches for the haunted house, etc. then stayed to work at the haunted house until a little after 10. Thankfully Gillian was working too so she helped me keep my sanity in our attempts to make the most of our "lame" jobs, including deciding when to let people into the haunted house and keeping the food room clean and well-stocked. I went back again yesterday and got to be one of the "haunters" inside of the house... Michelle and I were the screamers-- so we literally spent 4 hours in a bathroom stall (converted of course to have a window for us to shine a flashlight beneath our white-painted faces) screaming our heads off every time people came by. Spending the weekend down there reminded me how much I miss the NPNMP family!!! It will be rough if I don't go back this summer.
Then today I made my weekly trip to Ann Arbor to coach Michigan Synchro. Good times.
Tomorrow is Halloween-- so I'll be handing out candy outside of the old Jacobson's building for the City starting at 3:30, then at my own house once it gets dark out! Stop by either location if you're in the area :-)
