The end is near....
well, the end of year one of law school is almost here! half my classes end next week, and the other half end the following Monday. I've started outlining, but am certainly not done yet.... I can't wait for it all to be over so I can go to Vegas! Speaking of Vegas, I'm going Monday May 16 through Thursday the 19th. Anyone and Everyone should meet me there, it is going to be a blast.
I made it through my oral argument!! It was yesterday, and it really wasn't so bad at all-- in fact I kind of liked it and am sort of thinking about trying out for moot court. The case was pretty complex, so I won't get all law-school boring on you and try to explain it, but in the end I won. And barely anyone arguing my side of the case has been able to win, so I was pretty happy with myself. The judges asked a lot of questions, but I never felt unprepared and my teacher said I handled them really well! Yay me. [end self-loving rant]
For now, I must put the house back together, the parents come home tomorrow.
