Some like it hot
It's actually cold enough to snow in Montgomery today.
As I was reading through Facebook comments, people were talking about the possible snow (which will probably be just slush) and saying things like, "Take that global warming!"
It's stupid. Global warming does not mean it's getting hotter and hotter every year. It means because of the rise in average global temperature, extremes can be more extreme because of the way air patterns have shifted.
And global warming is a bit of a misnomer anyway. Those people who are -sticking- it to global warming don't know that it's really called global climate change.
It is because of this climate change that places which never get snow actually can-- like Montgomery.
