Brunch
I had a really nice brunch this morning at Pomegranate in Redmond. It is at least 2 years old now and I finely made it in. It is in an office complex of all places. It is owned by Lisa Dupar who also runs a catering company. The dining room looks into a massive kitchen via a big window. I watched a chef decorating a cake while I munched on my breakfast. I had Banana & Pecan Oatcakes with maple syrup. L had a breakfast plate with delicious scrambled eggs. I have heard good things about their dinners too and am looking forward to checking them out in the evening. Luckily for me it is on my way to work. They have an espresso bar and a grab and go bakery so I think I will be stopping by tomorrow AM :)
