WI is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Design Team within our Kirkland office. This is an opportunity to work in a small, growing company with a roster of outstanding clients. You will be responsible for the development and oversight of the timelines and schedules for all projects assigned to the Design Team. You will join a gifted group of individuals in a fun and creative environment with a broad client base and diverse projects.
In this role, you will focus on the delivery of high quality projects on time and on budget. You will manage the entire life cycle of the project, working with the account management team and the client.

Works alongside the design team and account management team.
•
Helps define Project Management best practices and communicates them throughout the company
•
Develop and oversee calendar to include setting milestones, meetings, and timeline on all projects.
•
Helps develop financial estimates, scope and timelines for design projects. Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget.
•
Manages the Print Management process, including procurement of bids and handoff of collateral
•
Manages the entire project life cycle.
•
Is responsible for monitoring the ongoing progress of the project and make adjustments in the schedule when required.
•
Looks ahead to pro-actively identifies issues or problems with the project and assists in resolution.
•
Provides regular project updates to the Design Director.
•
Is responsible for providing feedback on projects, internal processes, and quality assurance measures.
•
Required Technical Competencies:
Tracks and reports on ongoing costs of the project throughout its life cycle.
•
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
•
A minimum of two years of successful project management experience working with Internet related design or development projects.
•
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
•
Required Behavioral Competencies:
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Windows XP Pro, Word, Outlook) and the ability to work on a Windows-based PC

Well organized and responsible, with the proven ability to manage tasks and schedules.
•
Clear, organized writing, communication, and presentation skills.
•
