Folks, I must make this sad announcement to all of you at this time.
On June 1st of this year, Jonathan Larson's musical, RENT will be closing after 12 wonderful years at the Nederlander Theatre.
It is so sad to see a show like this leave the streets of Broadway, especially when shows such as "Legally Blonde The Musical" are taking up space and clearly don't send a message to society, other than blondes can sometimes be smart....wow, that's thought provoking and life changing.
So Jonathan, we send you thoughts and prayers from down below and hope that you have enjoyed RENT's success for the past 12 years as much as we have. And know that your message will never be lost in the lives of those you've touched.
