The end of another chapter.......
So....student teaching is over.
On one hand I'm so excited to go back to Potsdam and be a college student again.
And on the other hand I am so sad that I won't be with my colleagues and my students anymore. Yesterday was such a great day and it all came together. I got cards from all of my band kids and my theory kids. I even got a cake saying "we'll miss you Miss Belinsky" on it. It's stuff like that that makes youy realize all the shit you put up with and go through is totally 200% worth it.
Christmas is this week and it's going to be weird this year.....we're only gathering with our extended family for dessert...and who knows what my brother is doing (now that he doesn't live here anymore). I'm kind of worried that this Chrismtas might suck.....but who knows.
Then the next day is my 21st birthday!!!! Hooray!!!! A bunch of my friends are coming out to celebrate which is fun because normally my birthday sucks because everyone is so exhausted from the day before.......so I'm looking forward to it.
Other than that not too much else is going on.........back to Potsdam on the 18th so I kind of have to start packing and getting stuff together.....I wish I knew where I was living but because Res Life is stupid they don't tell us until January 11th......um, make sense??? Not even in the slightest.
