Okay I'm a loser but I watch 8 Simple Rules on ABC Family and there was an episode on yesterday that made me cry because John Ritter (who played their dad) had just died (on the show and in real life)...sadness
22.) What are the stems on wine glasses for?
Thanks to Kyle I now know this!!! On white wine and champagne glasses, it's so that you don't warm the wine with your body heat by holding the bowl. On red wine glasses, it's just to make them look uniform with all the other wine glasses, since they are meant to be at room temperature.
