(no subject)
No racquetball for this week :( Possibly not next week either. I was exceptionally dumb yesterday when I went down 4 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator. My knee was not so happy with me... it was also not so thrilled about all the walking around I did while out shopping last weekend. I'm trying to rest it and stay off it as much as possible... I had no idea how hard that was in a lab - I have to be up and walking around to get much of anything useful done with experiments. I also had no idea how much I like to be constantly up and moving around. I guess this week is a very good week to park myself at my desk and work on a scholarship application. It's well worth applying for, particularly because it helps get me to read more papers, and define what experiments I'm going to do next. That, and I just pulled more cells from the freezer yesterday, so it's going to take a little while before they're ready to do any experiments with.
