Trip to Grinnell = awesome! I'll have to write a more interesting recap someday.
Homecoming = fun! Well, the parade and game were so-so, but dinner and the dance were fun. So much good food at Gridley's with John, Sara, Shara, and Luke! So much bad music at the dance with the aforementioned people, some other really cool kids, and some really drunk kids who were later kicked out! And yet, by way of piggy-back rides and doing a 4/4 waltz to the slow songs, it was fun. Jimmy is really fun to watch dance, and I wish I could keep up with John. Maybe someday I'll be able to. Maybe someday I will post the pictures I took, too.
Today I did absolutely nothing productive. I slept in, did some laundry, and spent several hours trying to get the stupid internet on the main computer to work, but to no avail. So now I'm using my dad's laptop. Getting viruses and whatnot on the family computer is getting really old, so I have resolved to get a Mac for college.
I still have a two-page spanish paper to write tonight, though. So maybe I should think less about my future computer (I'm so excited for college right now it's insane, especially since I haven't sent in any apps yet) and more about what more I can possibly say about La Otra Conquista. 3 hours of discussion kinda wears out my analytical skills, especially when the movie is confusing to begin with, and discussion is held in a language upon which I don't have a concrete grasp.
As a side note: I ate way too much this weekend.
Now I should go try to be productive.
