it's so damn hot!
Despite the heat, Sara and I ventured out to Target to buy our school supplies. And because we are just that nerdy, we came to my house afterwards to decorate our folders and notebooks.
I had an interesting dessert thing today, too - it was orange sorbet inside of an orange peel shell type thing. It was really good, but the frozen orange peel numbed my fingers. David made a creature out of the empty orange shells and some candy; I opened the freezer and found it staring at me.
Anyway . . . That's all I have to report. I am really happy I only have to work 6 more days this summer, and then comes SCHOOL! For some strange reason, I am really excited about this year. I'll probably be singing a different tune in November, but for right now I'm satisfied to be enthusiastic about Life, the Universe, and Everything.
