From the mouth of Ermintrude...
Being sat next to her at work, I get to hear all of her conversations, just 5 minutes ago, I had to bite my lip at her interpretation of the Phonetic alphabet:
Ermintrude: "Ello, can I help you?"
Contact: "waffles on in 'teacher from snoopy' voice"
Ermintrude: "Ah yes, that's H for 'Arry, C for Cat and R for Rug"
...
I'm getting rather irritated by my new seating arrangement in the office, can you tell?
