 I was rudely awoken yesterday morning at 6am by having cramp IN BOTH OF MY CALVES AT THE SAME TIME!!

How the hell did that happen?  Calves are still hurting now!

And isn't is a wonderful day everybody? [/heavy dose of sarcasm]
