**UK MEET 2015 NEWS **
NEWS FROM THE UK MEET ORGANISING TEAM!
We had a successful planning meeting last Sunday (and not just because of Mr London's excellent BBQ). There will be a lot of information coming out over the next few weeks and months, once we've crossed some eyes and dotted some tees. In the short term, watch this space for an e-mail asking you to help us finalise the list of panels.
But first up, we'd like to introduce the revamped team and their roles. This should help you to know who to ask about what in the year ahead.
Elin Gregory - Readers' Champion. Elin will be, among other things, getting your help to organise the readers' part of the revised Buffet of Banter.
Jamie Merrow - Sponsor Services. First port of call for all sponsors and publishers.
Liam Livings - Social Media and Entertainment Guru. The man with his finger on the pulse of the blog/publicity/those butlers!
Clare London - Money Tsar. If it has a £ sign on it, Clare's your girl. She'll also handle venue liaison.
Cathy Laird - Panel Beater. She'll be organising who does what and when and how and will co-ordinate the authors' part of the revised Buffet of Banter.
Charlie Cochrane - Delegate Minder. The person to answer your questions (sensible or daft) about event attendance in general and to keep you in touch. The person who'll cry when you don't read the e-mails she sends you.
