Guider Training
Well I had Guider training day today and it went remarkably well considering that the other trainer and I only met this morning. The focus was on the centenary events and the Change the World tasks. It was really interesting to see a different training style as she is far less structured in her written planning than others and the training is less mobile. However, she covers the material and she allows for discussions to develop and take the training forward.
