oh gods - not again

i hate these headaches. i dread them. they feel like there is something pounding on my head relentlessly and nothing i do will stop it. then my hair gets involved. i have an incredibly non-sensitive scalp. i can be suspended by my hair alone. right now it feels like i am being pulled down by my hair and it makes the headache hurt even more. and i can't put my hair up because that will pull my hair, and make it hurt more

i just figured out a way to pull my hair up that doesn't pull. it's not the most attractive look, but my head doesn't hurt nearly as much.
